Where It Began
From street-side dhabas to a kitchen of our own
Our founder spent years travelling across India — from the smoky tandoors of Lucknow to the coconut-scented kitchens of Kerala, from the chaats of Kolkata's streets to the fine-dining rooms of Mumbai. Every stop added a recipe, a technique, a story.
In 2024, all of that came together in a kitchen on Park Street. A place where the precision of fine dining meets the soul of home cooking. Where a biryani is still layered by hand, and a cheesecake carries the memory of gulab jamun.
