Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: March 2026. This policy covers refunds for online payments, reservation cancellations, and gift card purchases.

Online Payment Refunds

  • Refunds for online payments (Razorpay) are processed within 5-7 business days
  • If you were charged but the order was not fulfilled, contact us immediately
  • Duplicate charges will be refunded in full upon verification
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before the kitchen begins preparation
  • Once preparation has started, cancellations are at the manager's discretion
  • Cancelled items will not appear on your bill

Reservation Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the reserved time
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may affect future reservation privileges
  • If a deposit was paid, it is refundable for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance
  • Deposits for cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be applied as credit

Gift Cards

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable
  • Unused balance remains on the card until expiry
  • Expired gift cards cannot be refunded or reactivated

Catering & Events

  • Full refund for cancellations 7+ days before the event
  • 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before the event
  • No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event

Email hello@svaggy.in with your order/reservation details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 24 hours.
