Online Ordering (QR)

• Orders placed via QR code are binding once confirmed by our staff
• Menu items and prices may change without notice — the price at time of ordering applies
• Allergen information is provided as guidance — please inform staff of any allergies
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Reservations

• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance
• Repeated no-shows may result in reservation restrictions
• For groups of 8+, a deposit may be required

Payments

• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST
• Service charge is discretionary — you may request its removal
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and Razorpay online payments
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash
• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and menu descriptions — is owned by Svaggy Restaurant and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any food-related reactions when allergen information has been provided and acknowledged. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
